Telephone IVR System - customer examples

The system is very flexible and has been used by customers for many varying problems that they were trying to solve.  This page contains just three case studies of the many implementations we have completed. 

Software support service

This customer had a range of software products and needed to direct the call to the correct team based on which product the caller was interested in.  This is the most common requirement of a telephone ivr system with the system giving a list of options or departments.   If no one was available to answer the caller could leave a message on voicemail.  The message is saved a WAV file and emailed to the appropriate team.

Kitchen company - separating retail and trade sales

A kitchen company wanted an telephone ivr system to route calls differently depending on the choice the caller made..  They wanted a greeting that prompted trade callers to press 1 and for new customers to press 2.  Option 1 routed calls to the landline in the office that dealt with trade accounts.  Option 2 routed to the mobile for the sales person who is building up their retail trade. 

All the greetings were recorded and the telephone ivr system configured within 24 hours.  Their main office number was diverted to our telephone ivr system and we up and running.

Engineer on Call

A fire alarm system company needed to have an engineer on call out of hours, but needed to be able to change the mobile number depending who was on call.  We provided them with the ivr system so calls would go to their office during the day but the caller would hear a greeting out of hours.  The greeting explained gave the caller the choice of leaving a message, or if the call was urgent they could be transferred to the on call engineer.

In addition to recording the greeting and configuring the ivr system we also provided a simple web interface for them to change where the out of hours options was routed to depending on which engineer was on call.
