A Simple IVR System with nothing to install

We only deal with startup and small business customers and most of our customers have less than five employees. As a result our IVR system is designed to be flexible, fast to set up, and cost effective.

A short phone call is normally all we need to understand your requirements. We will confirm the script and configuration by email and start the recording of scripts and the set up. The IVR system is normally ready to go live within 24 hours.

The IVR system is part of our hosted system so there is no need for you to install any equipment or learn a new system as we do it for you.  We are also happy to operate with a one month rolling contract so there are no long term commitments.   The system comes with a new telephone number which you can use a your main contact number or you divert an existing number to us. Calls pass through the system and out to the destination the caller has selected, or through to a voicemail option.

Our IVR System is very flexible and an example of a customer set up would be::

  • the caller hears a professionally recorded greeting in your company name and given a choice of options

  • the caller chooses an option

  • the call transfers to either a landline number or to a mobile 

  • voicemail is available if you do not answer

  • any voicemails are sent to you immediately as an email with a WAV file attachment of the message

  • calls can be handled differently in evenings and weekends.

All the configuration is done for you, and we are happy to make changes from time to time without any additional charge.  If you want to make more regular changes we can provide a simple web based control panel for the IVR system.

Pricing

The pricing is simple and clear, with no hidden charges:

  • One off set up                                             = £25 

  • Monthly Subscription                                 = £20

  • Calls transferred to a landline number =  2p per minute

  • Calls transferred to a mobile                   = 12p per minute

  • Calls to voicemail                                       = Free, message sent as email with WAV file attachment

What does the IVR System include?

The one off set up fee includes a new telephone number (see below).  It also covers agreeing the script with you and recording the greetings and any voicemail greetings.  The system is configured according to your requirements and tested.   We can even add a simple time of day features, for example out of hours calls can go to a different voicemail greeting. 

Any voicemail messages are saved electronically.  You are notified immediately by email and the message is attached as a WAV file so you can listen at your pc or on a smart phone, or you can dial in to listen to messages.

A web based control panel can be provided if required.  Some people want control, others do not want any complication, it's up to you. An example of where this is useful is a a customer with different engineers on call so they login regularly and set which engineer is to receive the out of hours calls.

We can also do more complicated systems, either straight away or as your requirements grow.  These can have a second level of greetings, pre-announcements, ringing several phones simultaneously,  and include a conference call line.  Please call us to discuss your requirements and we will provide a detailed quote if it is beyond our standard package.

Telephone numbers

The system will come with a new telephone number.  You can choose any UK area code.    If you are a new business you may want to use this as your main contact number.  If you already have a telephone number for your business you can divert it  to the system.

The IVR System can transfer calls to any phone number, including mobiles and international numbers.
